- Hello Everyone and welcome to Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord join me as we harness the power of the Fian with Robin Hood can we block out the sun?
This is played on realistic settings current version 1.7.1
To help me out in the new beta patch I have also created some custom cavalry units that have randomised equipment from every faction. (mod is on my discord if you want to try it ps. will not be maintained across new patch's)

Loving this series. The first episode inspired me to do an archer only Batanian run. I had a similar issue where I got to tier 1, but Batania wouldn’t go to war so I couldn’t become a mercenary. So I left for the Western Empire and of course right after I join them Batania declares war on them and I lose the silversmith workshop I had set up! I still made out with the Empire by ransoming some high level enemies, then I quit and went back home. First battle I am in for Batania, and we get stomped so I lose my whole troop and get captured. I did stick with it though and after escaping I’m slowly rebuilding.
Also inspired me to do an Archer Battanian build. I managed to become a vassal and marry the kings daughter. But he's a weak king and we're in constant peace while the other factions battle it out and claim all the glory and land. Might switch kingdoms, or make my own, or wait until the king dies and lead Battania myself. Still undecided
@@thevincehimself92 It is rather unfortunate intrigue is not more available in vanilla; not sure about mods though.

yeah, 1.71 has been laggy and it crashes once in a while
Oh and, name your companions based on the lore, such as Little John, Friar Tuck, Will Scarlet, Alan A Dale, and Much the Miller's Son

they did what u said, you can only recruit noble troops in villages of Castles and most of the time, 80% of troops are noble
I was referring to having a person in the castle you can recruit troops from like a noble troop trainer not have the majority of the troops in the game be noble why would anyone use regular units now it if they have flooded the map

Nariustere, engineer. He was from a farming village that was constantly raided in these war torn lands and taught himself some basic engineering to keep the defenses up and running. Eventually he was overwhelmed and his village was burned to the ground. Now he wanders the lands seeking purpose.

In regards to the distinguished service mod: what I found is that if I have a troop kill the amount of enemies required *in one battle* it pops up the window to promote at the end of the battle.
Interesting information. You can do super precise small stutter steps by hitting the arrows keys it can be useful trying to corner caravans

Lol, she called you husband when you spoke to her in the tavern. She was merely commenting that her family apparently viewed you as a good suitor, since you were now married. Basically in response to the previous conversation.
So, historically, cavalry would avoid other cavalry, and focus on the foot soldiers. Also, I noticed that there is an advantage to “crossing the T” with your archers - they hit more when the enemy lines up parallel to your arrows’ path of flight. Just like WWI and WWII machine gun nests.

Is it possible to do proper firing volleys in bannerlord?
Not really you could try and hold fire and then fire but even then they would fire at different rates
why not buy a workshop? for passive income so when there is no war you still make money and not go broke?
without mods they give you pretty much no money and as I'm not in a kingdom any war with the place it is situated will see it be deleted. Besides money is really not a factor in Bannerlord after a few hours anyway :)

That is not a lot of money though it would take 75 days to pay off that is a quarter of the game time I normally spend in a save XD
I am not saying you are wrong but your troops wage is 700-1000 right, so rather than just buying a noble bow buying 2 workshops could technically reduce 20%-30% of your troops wage right?
each workshop is about 16000

I don't know if you ever saw or watched but in a lot of country's just like mine (Bulgaria) you reach your own rights at the age of 18. This dosn't mean when in your country the age is 21 that's the same age for the rest of the world and the rest of the country's 😄 USA is not the intire world actually it is one of the youngest country out there with puni history compared to let's say Bulgaria 😊.
