Hear me out, what if... 4 Leos but 3 of them are 300 speed (on vampire) or as fast as you can get. 1 Leo is slow to incapacitate the entire enemy team while 3 of your leos will play twice every time. So you have 6 turns from the 3 leos and 1 turn from the regular slow one. Every turn.
Leo actually only needs 224 total speed to move twice before a 0 spd Leo moves once. So if you put three of them on high enough speed you get guaranteed 7 turns at least before the enemy can move once
that's not quite how speed ticks work. . base 100 spd lead w/ 15 speed tower. takes his 1st turn on tick 13. . . so to lap that you'd need to take 2nd turn by tick 12. or to have over 105 speed on the 13th tick. . that's a minimum of 239 speed (the 6 tick. so your 2nd turn is on tick 12). . 238 doesn't work. you only haver 99.96 atb vs 0 spd leo at 105. . so you could build a lapping leo at 239 combat speed (224 in game w/ max spd tower). realistically speaking, . . max speed tower. if you made a 310 speed leo w/ 33 lead. . he'd move 3 times per slow leo turn. This all changes however if your leo has more than +4 speed. . . . yes if your leo has only +5 speed then he jumps up a tick. . and then you gotta do some math to be sure your 239 tick leo has a higher gauge than the slow leo on 2nd tick. 7% speed gain every tick. . . 0 speed is 115 and places you at 13th tick. 120 speed however (+5) is the 12th tick. . . but at 100.8 atb on the 12th (so 101), which is higher than the 239 speed which is 100.38 on 12th tick . . meaning you'd need 240 combat (225+ in game) for an atb of exactly 100.8 for an atb tie. . . when speeds are tied, the higher speed moves first, which is the 240 in this case. However, if you want a safe baseline. just go with a 286 leo (271 in game). . and keep slow leo at 127 or under. . . Or do the math to lap yourself.
@@Kyle-jb7dc Yea my mistake--to clarify, if you only have two Leos then just having 220 speed (or maybe 221 lol) is enough to move twice (I won't argue with you on this because I've actually tested it in game several times). If you have 3 or 4 though then you'd need higher speeds on at least the first two
@@thebananacow6236 I tested earlier with just 2 leo and a Rina for a target dummy. Swapped runes constantly and did Excell maths. 224 was the minimum for him t start lapping. Even adding 1 or 2 units l. Even vs a 4 man defense not 2. He doesn't lap under 239. Maybe your towers were lower than 15 speed when you did the initial test. I have 3 leos. No matter how I manipulate their speeds and those around. I don't lap a 0 speed leo under 224 (239 tick)

No nemesis runes no spd buff not extra spd when taking dmg etc. 239 speed regardless of how many leo were there was the minimum to lap turn 1. . Didn't matter how many other units were there or their speed either. Either offense or defense. My assumption is you did that test without max speed tower. Where it takes an extra tick letting a 205 tick lap him if high enough.

I definitely had max speed tower, so I think maybe when I tested it my goal was to have the faster Leo move twice before the enemy moved (i.e. by the 14th tick), but not necessarily before the slower Leo, so that's probably what I'm remembering. Either way with two Leos you get 3+ turns before the enemy moves

For those savanah psamathe kinky defenses i find that leo feng yan eladriel taranys works every time with Leo lead. Plus taranys give u def buff for panda and revives leo if u have to for ignore def

if you wanna take the Swift Leo team to another level: build 3 Swift ones and one slow one. the 3 swift ones will each move twice. or take 2 swift ones, 1 slow one and a tablo or light homu, if you have it. just make sure, that all swift leos have 3 times the slow Leos speed + 1 (so 301) at the very least, otherwise tickrate might come in and say "no"
