I loved sweet potatoes when I was in the rural farmlands of Vietnam. It was difficult to do the sweet potato crops by hand but it was worth of good yields. After the sweet potato crops, the farmers planted rice of the six to seven month periods. The soils were not contaminated from the sweet potato crops. Thank you for the good machines shown in Japan countryside.
