- Coffee is life, and life-giving. I've always believed that, and I always will. Today, I'm taking a bullet for team coffee by trying an Italian medium roast and judging it against my usual dark. Trying it, so that you don't have to. Let's see how this goes!

Yeah. I still have a lot to learn, and it's tedious because I'm also my own camera man (my phone is my camera). But learning the ins and outs of iMovie is actually kinda fun! Self-taught, right here!
I believe this is a legitimate Italian coffee roaster. Here in California, these beans are sold in Eataly, a trendy market with all things Italian, for quite a premium. I tried the Crema 800 as an espresso and really enjoyed it on its own and as a latte.
This is definitely not a generic grocery store brand. It is one of the most respected coffee brands/roasters in Italy
I didn't know you were supposed to stir it up in the bodum! I actually do learn something every day, even at my age!

I JUST tried the 800 Espresso been today. Very weak. And very disappointing. I'll try Lavazza or Illy next for a richer and bolder espresso.

@@mikepetersen1494 I tried it and wasn't a fan. It was light, weak and had a weird after taste and wasn't dark/strong enough. Even the wife didn't like it. So far the perfect coffee is Seattle's Best Portside #4 blend. No acid and strong. I have Italy's Kimbo next to try.

Oh, no. Never would I ever make coffee in a microwave! I make my coffee in a single serving French press, and I use the digital timer on my oven to help me with the steeping time. I always let it sit for exactly 4 minutes.
