21:34 "Crimes rates still low by western standards"... that is quite an achievement for a collapsing country isn't it? Nothing shown here would have shocked the American audience weren't it for the scary campfire tale-style narration.

No no....nothing here would shock me....especially a judge who looks like a fkn dunkin donuts worker flanked by two "civilian observers" who seem to be a bullsht commie "job" given out that has no real meaning like most commie stuff. The guy who was stabbed admitted he likes his friend and punched him first, which would've definitely affected the harshness of the sentence. But whatever you say. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but it still looks stupid and petty like most commie justice.

What he doesn't seem to clarify is that the announcements on the speaker by the guards about inmates being raped in cells is the work of the guards themselves. They rape the inmates using lowered crocodiles to get confessions then to break the will of othe inmates.. then the announce it to destroy the criminals status in the criminal code he is now a rooster.
It's a method of terror used in prison against the prisoners, still used today.
That's why there is an "announcement" "... Ivan Ivanov has been raped in cells 27 .. (he is now a rooster.. don't touch him or speak to him or you to will be a rooster... Best do as we say)
