Still, I feel like the measurement is not very accurate to say the least.

No one is kicking it and reaching 200 km/h... no one. That is 120 mph, which is close to the fastest a baseball can be hit. 105 mph is the fastest thrown. Theoretically a human body can throw about a 109 mph baseball, after that the forces are too large for our biological make up, i.e the bones, tendons, muscles, cartilage will break and tear. No one is kicking that ball above 100 mph.

The last goal was from a distance of ~37 meters and it took 1.2 seconds to reach the goal. That gives a speed of 30.8m/s or ~111km/h. Even without calculations, it's obvious that the last strikes were not twice as fast as the first ones :)
Strike from ronaldo reached the net about 2 seconds nearly from 30m. That makes 15 m/s or 45.9 km/h, which is lower than half of 111 km/h
