When you mentioned subset, you are essentially opening up a new browser tab from the “Marketing” button you have created and not refreshing the same dashboard correct? Is there anyway to load up the different departments on the same dashboard?
You could create a dynamic dashboard much as indicated in this video “Smartsheet demo for dynamic data query on dashboard or portal” ua-cam.com/video/dmO5alE_oP4/v-deo.html but it’s significantly more complex and can take multiple reloads to update. Like so much on Smartsheet it’s about what’s the most effective solution to your particular need, so that route may suit you better, but for those looking for a simple solution, I’d recommend this hands-down.
@@DariusGaugamela what you can bring in is dictated by the URLs you can apply. Typically I use rm.smartsheet.com/plan which provides the launchpad to capacity, people or project views. But you can't get it to show a pre-set view on the dashboard as far as I'm aware as when you click on a saved view even in RM, the URL does not change

How did you get 'Resourcing Overview' on a dashboard? I can't find a workaround for that.
This is the web content widget and the URL is from rm.com, which links to our Resource Mangement account
@@Smartsheetexpertdo you know if it's possible to bring in "Resource Views" into a dashboard?

Hello,
Is there any way, we can remove the row numbers from Smartsheet automation alert message?
Yes - by customising the message so it shows a message only with {{Field}} rather than including the fields as a list
