Thank you so much for taking the time to teach this tutorial. I was looking all around for an easy way of crocheting a turtle and was thankful to have landed on your page. ABSOLUTELY Perfect!!! Thanks again... My turtle 🐢 came out perfectly!!!
She was going fast because it was intended for those who bought her pattern. You will notice that those who make tutorials as a gift to others are careful to pace themselves and speak clearly and will be precise, taking their time to be sure all bases are covered.
In the right hand upper corner is the menu where you can adjust the speed, to slow down the pace. In the transcript you can read what she says, said and is going to say. All in all a lot of tools to adjust this video to your learning style. Be gratefull for what you get for free and don't be entitled about what you think you are owed. The makers are giving you a valuable gift. Their knowledge, time, pattern to you, for free. If it is not to your liking, hop a long and find what you want elsewhere. A lot good crochet channels are disappearing because of all the negativity of entitled people wanting more, more, more. It burns good people out. And that is so sad.
Just found this cute pattern, thank you. I found on the last two legs HDC decreases work better. The size of the legs more closely match the first two legs.
I wish you would slow down a bit when demonstrating how to do this pattern and show exactly were your stitching is going. I actually thought at first glance you were fast forwarding your video..
You give great directions, it came out perfect..., I'm doing a sea themed mobile for my very first Great-granddaughters bedroom, and I want a lot of non 3D things to go on with the 3D things, this is a beautiful piece😊
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and pattern. Great tutorial. I use the transcript to read your directions while I watch the video. It is my style of learning. I am looking forward to making these in micro crochet (after I have done the pattern in 'normal' yarn). These would make great coasters as well. Or potholders 😊 Greetings from The Netherlands !
Hi Sarah Thank you so much for sharing your turtle 🐢 pattern. It was so easy . You explain it so perfect. I'm a true follower of your pattern videos. Your a great teacher. Thanks for the amazing cute turt. Mrs portia Roberson
You are awesome girl! Out of all the tutorials ive checked out for turtle making....urs by far is the best. Thank u so much for making my life a little easier. My 25 yr old daughter requested 10 turtles for her office @ work. Got my work cut out for me huh?! Lol. Anyway, have a great day. Gos bless 🙏 👼
I wish you would slow down a bit for us beginners and show exactly where to go in with your hook. You went so fast for the double crochet decrease that I couldn't make it out. Thank you
Is anyone else’s circle warping into like a pedal sort of shape..? I’ve been struggling trying to keep it a flat circle. Thank you though!! I do like the style of your turtle!!😊😊😊
Just got done making the Turtle (but I think that 6mm eyes are TOO Big for such a tiny head!)....now on to the Seahorse. Not sure if I will make the Jellyfish but I Will make the Star!
Yikes! It was so fast mine came out cockeyed. I'll slow the speed down and try again. Very impressed at how fast you crochet. I go slow when I'm learning something new. Cute pattern though. Worth trying again. Do you have a written pattern for purchase?
For some reason my two fins on the left side (the last two) didnt turn out as curved as they should. I followed the instructions to the tee with the decreases.
You did not put what size hook number one number two why do you have to go so fast if it's a crochet tutorial everybody's not on the same level that you on crocheting it would be nice if you could slow it down and put what size hook you are using
Thanks for trying. You're crocheting too fast without explaining your stitches, you're speaking way too quickly, your camera is not in the viewing area, and then you keep saying "OK?". I kept finding myself saying "No, not ok" LOL... like I said, thanks for trying.
Just pause the video like many others have to do, it's no problem. I am a beginner in crocheting anything but blankets and I found it a good speed and very clearly explained.
What was the point of this video ? Too fast for anyone to see or understand what you were doing..if you were trying to prove you could crochet a speed you were successful

How in the world are you crocheting THAT fast!???????
I had a hard time following because of the speed she was going. I had to keep rewinding.

Very cute! I shortened the back legs and lengthened the front legs to make them look more like sea turtles. Thanks for the pattern!
Can you provide the steps you used to lengthen the legs... I'm a beginner and doing my best to follow along lol
I LOVE IT i thought it looked like a coaster so I made it into one!
That's what I'm going to do too! Already made some fish ones and wanted to mix it up for variety with the turtles.
So cute! I am adding this turtle to my crocheted ocean blanket 🌊
❤😊Hello, very thanks....Muchas gracias....From Argentina....Desde Argentina ❤😊
Just found this cute pattern, thank you. I found on the last two legs HDC decreases work better. The size of the legs more closely match the first two legs.
Thank you ....made it into a granny square for a baby blanket
I am hoping you can reply even though your post was years ago. How did you turn this into a granny square? Thank you in advance. 🙏❤

You can slow this down on UA-cam.
This is so cute and I would like to make more. Please tell me how to slow this video way way way down so I can follow along. Thank you
Love the pattern but hard to follow. You move to fast and not sure of your stitches
You give great directions, it came out perfect..., I'm doing a sea themed mobile for my very first Great-granddaughters bedroom, and I want a lot of non 3D things to go on with the 3D things, this is a beautiful piece😊
Could you please do this tutorial again, a little slower for a beginner to follow. I love this pattern.
you can slow down youtube in settings! I have found this very helpful with some vids.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and pattern. Great tutorial. I use the transcript to read your directions while I watch the video. It is my style of learning.

Going to try to make all three they are so cute!!
Hi Sarah Thank you so much for sharing your turtle 🐢 pattern. It was so easy . You explain it so perfect. I'm a true follower of your pattern videos. Your a great teacher. Thanks for the amazing cute turt. Mrs portia Roberson
So cute .. and fast and easy. Thank you 🐢
Qué bello! Y fácil de hacer ♥

I’d love for you to create a small floor rug with this pattern. Or what to do to enlarge this?
You can slow it down a little.
Thank you love it
I wish you would slow down a bit for us beginners and show exactly where to go in with your hook. You went so fast for the double crochet decrease that I couldn't make it out. Thank you
Adorable are you going to do a blanket to give an idea how and where you place them please 😊
Hello I can't find the size of the needle. Thanks cute turtle
Why are you chaining 7 on the last two legs and only 5 on the first two??
Adorable.. Thank you
Is anyone else’s circle warping into like a pedal sort of shape..? I’ve been struggling trying to keep it a flat circle. Thank you though!! I do like the style of your turtle!!😊😊😊
what size hook are you using in your video?
clever pattern
What is the hook size please?
Just got done making the Turtle (but I think that 6mm eyes are TOO Big for such a tiny head!)....now on to the Seahorse. Not sure if I will make the Jellyfish but I Will make the Star!
Good explanations!, very easy to folloe!!! You crochet so fast I had to pause to catch on!!!
Yikes! It was so fast mine came out cockeyed. I'll slow the speed down and try again. Very impressed at how fast you crochet. I go slow when I'm learning something new. Cute pattern though. Worth trying again. Do you have a written pattern for purchase?
Can you help? Whenever I add safety eyes, they snap so tightly they force the eye into the back of the work!
You can try embroidering the eyes on with black yarn.
Hook size please.
For some reason my two fins on the left side (the last two) didnt turn out as curved as they should. I followed the instructions to the tee with the decreases.
Amo turtles
Hi, any tips if I want it slight bigger, like mama and baby turtle?
Use different hook sizes
@@bg12445 ...and/or thicker yarn to match the larger hook size
Por que tão depressa? E poderia mostrar também o que está fazendo.
Too fast I can’t catch up. And no pattern in writing, loot so cut , I wish I can do it. 😕
Otherwise a great tutorial but please take your time. Your yarn keeps falling off because you’re going way more quickly than you need to
I'd just like the pattern, I don't want to watch you do it! If you could at least have the stitch counts on the screen that would help. Thanks

It would be so much easier if you would have did it sooo much slower 😑
What was the point of this video ? Too fast for anyone to see or understand what you were doing..if you were trying to prove you could crochet a speed you were successful
Vas muy despacio... es ironía.
Thank you! But why are you crocheting so angrily? lol
Hola, explicas poco y trabajas muy deprisa no me gusta
