The World Famous CFOX Presents an exclusive interview with Foo Fighters. Jeremy Baker chats with Foo Fighters about their album "Concrete And Gold" Available now!
Pats reaction to Taylor’s “that’s the gold..” Freaking love those guys.. Their chemistry is always so fun to watch. Just makes losing Taylor that much worse..
Dave & Taylor just take over EVERY interview and the other guys have to just sit there. Someday an interviewer will make those 2 sit in the back and focus on the other guys input.
@@twoprimo I doubt that. If you really like the Foo Fighters, you would understand that it is Dave's band. It says it in the Foo Fighters book. The others are there to play the instruments he cannot at the time, if he could, believe me he would. Just him. Chris has his own band, so I don't think he is that bothered to talk in these. Taylor is very vocal, so I would understand why he gets his fair share in. However, if you really want to find interviews, where it gives the others a chance to speak, just look it up. I have found a great interview where it is just Chris and Dave, so Chris does his fair bit. There was another interview with just Chris, Nate and Pat. A short one. Even when its just them, so there is no chance for Dave or Taylor to intercept, they get met with a question, along the lines of; "Describe your sound." Where Nate replies, "Dave always wanted it simple." So it just makes sense that Dave talks, it usually links back to him!
@@mhoward1695 hey dave did record the first reord by himself and the majority of the late stuff from 90-91. Empty handed, friend of a friend, winnebago, throwing nedlees, hells garden etc..
I love watching Taylor in all the interviews, first of all he's as laid back as though he's on his own couch and then it seems like he's totally zoning out and then he'll add something or correct Dave, and it's such a married couple vibe....💙
I think Dave saved Rock & Roll. The music is nuts, he is completely accessable, and humble. Plus, he is such a respectful fan of other artists. You can't not pay attention to him and the Foo's.
Pat’s remark, “Bogota good” took my breath away. This interview was several years ago, and obviously they had had a good time in Bogota in the past. No one knew then just how devastating things would be in Bogota as their trip there last week. RIP, Taylor. We’ve lost a bright light.
5:00 I wish I could be as happy as Pat. Definitely not as depressed as Chris. He looks like he might jump off a bridge. Shiflett hardly breaks eye contact with the floor...
The first time I saw the Foos live, they were opening for Green Day and The Tea Party at Thunderbird Stadium at UBC in Vancouver. It was the first or second record for the Foos. It was awesome!
Foo Fighters could be considered a supergroup with all of the past bands represented by these guys. We know the endless associations of Dave, but Taylor was Alanis Morrisette's drummer, Nate was in Sunny Day Real Estate, and Pat was in The Germs as well as Nirvana. Rami was in The Wallflowers and has played for others, and Chris was in a lesser known band as well.
Ok obviously the foo fighters all went out till late the nite before and then they had to wake them up at 6:30am lol love The foo fighters one of my favourite bands and watching Chris in this interview just makes me smile
I Think the same for the attitude of Dave with Taylor is very possessive with the jealous there is something there something that only they know and have managed to hide very well over the years I've seen photos and videos that make me think this 🤘😆
It would be hilarious to see the foo fighters doing an interview and one of the members talked out of turn and Dave got up and smacked one of them and said shut your mouth! I speak you listen! And remains silent. And that's how the rest of the interview went Dave totally smacking them into silence and he would sit back down and be the nicest guy again. Hahahahahaba
Kinda wonder why the other foos are even there with the exception of Taylor. I think the others are chill whereas these 2 are more animated and definitely have adhd.
Stacking vocals was a "trick" created by the Carpenters back in the 60s....where they layered their voices over and over for a "vocal" orchestra. Rewind to A&M records and the Carpenters.

Pat’s smile is the best.
Pat has incredible posture
ok
Based on a true story
back pain probably
Pat has incredible smile :)
Pat has incredible everything
Love the fact there were no Nirvana related questions.
I agree
Irene Bustos I wish there was just one question about Kurt....
Chris Shiflett looks SUPER excited to be there!!
In all their other doc videos, Chris just seems so chill.
He looks upset.

Right. I love him so much.

100% 😆😆😆😆
I love Pat's attitude always so cool and rock and roll
How do you not want to just hug Pat all the time
I LOVE it when he laughs.
Such a nice guy

you ever listen to weenie beenie or sang to it to the end and get this isane headrush? I do, one of my favorite insane dave songs.
@@dyr234 Yo!!! Can't say I have. The tune rocks, but the lyrics?? Anywho, Cheers!!!
I couldn’t love Pat Smear more.
Pat and Taylor are huge Queen fanatics! :-) Oh, yes! "It's in the book."
Jeremy: hi my name is Jeremy
The whole band: Hi Jeremy
jeremy spoke in studio today was playing in grohl’s mind today. if jeremy interviewed pj instead of ff, thay may have played it for him.
Chris Shiflett, glad to be doing another Foo interview.
We miss you Taylor

Here's a fun game...look at Taylor's face while Dave talks...you can see the grocery list he's thinking up.
That AA/NA vibe in the beginning
Just casually referring to Jay Weinberg, Slipknots drummer as "bruce's drummer's son" hahahaha
Pat smile is delightful.
The first time I saw the Foos live, they were opening for Green Day and The Tea Party at Thunderbird Stadium at UBC in Vancouver. It was the first or second record for the Foos. It was awesome!
I was in that concert in Portugal. It was amazing
Thats some analog shit.

Is it just me or does Rami jaffe look like Dave and Chris biological kid?? 😂😂
This guy Jeremy did some great interview questions.
Omg it was a great interview and so good to see Taylor ❤

David Matheny Chris was in No Use For A Name which in the punk world was huge. He is also in Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. He was also in 22 Jacks
@@jeremyreiff6562 I think their old drummer was in the vandals too...i might be wrong on that one though!

Sure he's not depressed? Maybe he's sick of Dave's LSD (lead singer disorder)
«Bogotá good». Youre gonna make me cry Pat. We wont disappoint you this Tuesday
I love the Beach Slang shirt. They're such a great band!
I love this new album, didn't think they could improve on Sonic Highway but it was just as great!!
Hell yeah! Dave still giving love to NoMeansNo!!!!!!!
What happened to the neck of Dave's shirt?
Great story about the Boss.
I was at the show when his doctor sang the white stripes. Remember it to this dau
What is the song at the very start? I hope these guys really trust one another and keep the flame of rock alive for years to come. I LOVE them.
Maye McDonald "Run" off their new record
Fuck... I wanna hear that Springsteen story now
12:47 Dave doing the drums from Shame Shame from Medicine at Midnight (it hadnt come out then)
A good interview. If he got Shifty to talk it would have been even better
I think it’s both he and Nate’s personally. More laid back, kind of shy.
Yo! Chris took a power nap in the last few minutes😂😂
Dave's a real 'good-guy' - band of bros - great songs RUN and TSiaN - "just breakin' it down" T!!
i love pat
There's actually a video of that Brian guy singing Tom Sawyer.
Where
🇧🇷❤❤
think someones alittle sleepy
thats my therapy like no kidding thats video heip me help me like mentally more then you ever know really
Love to know where Pats mind wandered
Dave's the fucking man! so humble
FUCK YEAH, PORTUGAL !!!!!!
I would love to get on stage and sing weenie beenie with dave ghrol, I'd be letting it go my own way the way he did it on bizarrre fest in 03.
yooo the interviewers my dad! 😭
Pat and Taylor both so awesome but my favorite part is 12:47-12:52.
Dave’s shirt?? Anyone?
What is the first song that plays here before the interview?
Run, it’s in their Concrete and Gold Album :)
Is Dave figuring out the Shame Shame beat at 12:47?
The Face from Rami, the whole enterview... like blah
Max's son Jay Weinberg.... The drummer of Slipknot
12:58 “This is Bogota good” Who would’ve thunk😢
NOMEANSNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dave looks tired af
I was at the Fenway show and have his doctor on video, you’d never see that goofy looking guy belting out a white stripes song but yep, he sure did
@12:47 shame shame intro possibly
Only two in the band. No one else talks. :(
It gets old trying not hearing the other members…
The fact that Bogota was mentioned....😔
i didn’t know that Dave Grohl could speak Portuguese 2:15
This interviewer is like "I know these guys but first, how the fuck did i teleport here from my couch"
Can Pat be more cute?
12:47 shame shame drum beat
Who is the guy back row left?
Dave Decker Rami, he’s been a touring member for a long time but officially joined the band last year
Jordan Hansford thanks man!
Poor Rami and Chris, they looked like they hadnt slept in days... or were high as kites, one of the two lol
They're like can we answer a question or can we go back to the hotel and sleep
Dave and Taylor are lovers lol
no, but best friends
They definitely fucked.
Taylor is a totally HOT stewardess !!!
Sean O'Brien have you seen their Hot Buns video? xD
I Think the same for the attitude of Dave with Taylor is very possessive with the jealous there is something there something that only they know and have managed to hide very well over the years I've seen photos and videos that make me think this 🤘😆

Yeah, look at his reaction when Nate Started talking about Portugal.

The other guys are thinking about something
These guys all rubbing their arms while talking...LOL
now i know why just dave and taylor do most of the interviews. the other band members look so bored and out of it
Maybe Dave and Taylor shouldn't monopolize the conversation and let them talk. Why have them there if they don't get to say anything.
Wine = Jager
Pat on excstacy? Looks serious rubbing his leg and feeling good
Green screen
Taylor has really white teeth
Nate and Chris are the same person
Can we all pray for Taylor? Nothing wrong with him, he's just always bored during interwiews, dear.
Its really weird that always Grohl is speaking for the band.
Jochanan Berohart cause he's a frontman of the band
Watch some Nirvana interviews. He rarely opens his mouth back then
chris doesn’t look the happiest
Who's the 6th guy?
Touring keyboard player
Raimi
"Three fucking guitar players and you had to add a new member. What the fuck?"...Would have been a question I would have asked
Why is it that Dave is the only one talking 99% out of a 6 piece band.
they wanted to,but they're afraid that if they do start talking without dave's permission, they'll get fired ....... 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 .........
Taylor looks vaguely a homeless person
dave on bass, taylor and pat....fire the others
???
I don't feel like the foos need a keyboardist. I don't feel like he fits in here
