traumatic conception, traumatic experiences in utero form the foundation pathways for more of the same... these pathways are replicated in family and societal structures to the detriment of most other healthy connections within and between people. The first group rapes over 10,000 years ago in the northern hemisphere meant that entire groups of more healthy, loved and loving men were killed by men who were disconnected from their own people (by rape of their mothers and abuse of children over too many generations without priority for feminine time or places for full healing)...
These men who came in killing and raping colonised the land and waters with their sperm and cultures... dominating with masculine driven sickness and the time to heal again was not allowed. This is the basis of trauma within humans... it is colonisation and loss balance with nature and the nature within ourselves.. ignorance of cultures disembodied from the lands and waters and other animals imposed.
The deep disconnection and fear/insecurity of humans conceived out of colonisation of land, waters, women's and children's experiences and bodies drives these all leave desperate no compensation addictions to build power, to bide time and place over others and over nature, to bury the past, the dead, the pain, the truths of wrongdoing and sickness, the healthier traditions and connections with life ... and civilization... the burials, the slavery, the building of scaffolds and fortresses, the subjegations and losses are all the human makings against healing and health,,, and we struggle to recognise trauma at all, because it is hidden and denied because without the drive of trauma, humanity, modern civilized humanity cannot recognise itself.. is lost, disconnected and has to face it's own having been colonised.. and each one of us realises how lost and dis or wrongly connected we really are. Indigenous cultures and lands and waters in connections with them are beacons of health... babies and truth of life, other animals, still existing ancient ways and ecosystems hold pathways to connect ways back to health. Every human child matters, not just 'our' children. Every life made without love is more suffering. Every life lived in healthy connection with nature is a bridge in all directions to health and happiness. How do we realise how fractured we all are? ..how fractured our societies are in modernity?
How can we learn from ancient cultures still connected with full ecosystems? How can we protect what is healthy and grow with and from that?
