What a beautiful bridge. It is so good that it was reborn. Love the white. Pleased they don’t paint inside, the raw wood is awesome. Thanks for taking me along. Please take care
Man, that's great they moved it to a place it can still be in use! I've seen some bridges moved to a display area to save them and that's great. This is even better though, you can see it, walk through it or even drive on a pleasant drive through it!👍
Have you seen the little red covered bridge along Lickdale Road. It's on the right going from Fredericksburg to Lickdale. Thought you might want to see it since it is technically a covered bridge. I think it is used more for a shed but it's cute.
That was cool Cliff, love covered bridges. The situation that it was moved here from a busier road makes me wonder what was here B 4 they transported this covered bridge to this spot. Was it another covered bridge? Who knows, but it's not real important.😀😀
Complicated bridge Official government name is Cocalico No. 5 Bridge It is also sometimes known as Guy Bard Covered Bridge (after a local jurist) and Rettew's Covered Bridge (after the person that Rettew's Road is named) I was also surprised that they didn't place some W shape beams underneath.

Horse was saying "Stranger danger".
Or maybe Horse was thinking that someone wasn't wearing their reflected vest.....
Burr Arch with no King post in the middle, but an X instead. I dunno if I've seen one like that yet
