The original wheels do turn. Some times on brand new models the wheels stick a bit. Although on models I sorta prefer wheels that don't turn, means it's never going to accidentally roll off a shelf or something.
Yes. Sorry I misunderstood. I understand why steering is important to some but I don't think steering is necessary for a model. I'd prefer if companies like Bburago spent more time on details than suspension or steering
