Hey sis! Thank you for the tip I’ll try that next time 😊 I will post again when I get it down. I look forward to seeing it more defined! This natural hair journey is something else. I hope you have a great week!
I love the positive feedback in all of the comments, therefore I am excited to subscribe. Your hair seems very similar to mine. I'm trying yet still have so much to learn about my natural hair care. 🙂
Thank you! I’m glad to be on the journey with you
Your hair looks so soft and full!! To get the best results I always apply the gel to soaking wet hair, then I pul out little sections and rake thru it with my fingers or a 3 row comb to define my 4b hair. I have to do small sections otherwise aint no defining lol.
The owner of the brand is a stylist and she posts really helpful videos on the brands instagram and youtube on how to use her products on 4c hair!
Thank you so much!
Hair needs to be super wet when adding gel for best results. Try again
Was your hair soaking wet? Gels need a lot of water.
No it wasn’t but I made sure to do that the second time. Thank you!
You should use after washing and deep conditioning. Gel works best on soaking wet hair, the water helps activate the product and will define your hair.
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing, I have the same texture of hair and wanted to see the results
I swear you are me lol. 😂😂😂. I got 4ccccc hair. But the comments gave me hope
It’s the eyebrows for me!!! ❤❤
Thank you! I spent extra time on them that day 🥰
I use this product, but I use it when I get out of the shower after wetting my hair. I apply the gel on my wet hair in small sections and finger comb each section through (don't use a comb, use your fingers). After you finish, shake your hair to fluff up the curls and let it air dry. BTW, My hair type is very similar to yours.
Look up the 30 day detox if you haven't already you will see a huge difference. Trust me you will be able to do what you see those other women do but with your hair type and curls and how they should be. Your hair is just dehydrated. My hair was just like yours. I even got locs because i thought i could do wash and gos ect. Which don't get me wrong i loved my locs but would have loved them more if i didn't think it was my only option to have manageable hair. i promise you you will see a difference. Your hair is gorgeous keep at it up
Thank you! I will definitely try that. I’m happy with the growth I’ve seen since I did the big chop ❤️
Your hair ended up looking cute though, even if you didn't get the length you were hoping. 😀
Thank you!
I have a similar hair texture but also ultra dry, ultra-fine and high porosity. The easiest way to define my hair is to do tiny pen spring finger coils. It doesn't matter if i do it on wet or dry hair. I say pen spring as in the size of the spring that you get in a pen that you click. Then you have to let those tiny finger coils dry and set before stretching and picking the roots . Also only pick the roots and do not comb all the way out to the ends. I shampoo and deep condition my hair every week and mist it with leave in conditioner spray daily. Rinse out conditioner does nothing for my hair.
Thank you so much! I will definitely try that method.
@@ashleyromae you're welcome. Here is UA-camr Star puppy finger coiling her entire head. I'm fairly lazy so I only finger coil, my edges, my perimeter and what people can see if I have a side part. Starpuppy finger coiled her entire head. The more you wear wash and goes the more your hair will becone defined. When we do other styles, it disrupts the coils that's why people struggle with their first few wash and goes.
You need to add tons of water. Your hair should be sopping wet for best results prior to applying the gel.
You gotta use water with it
Yeah not this is not what I get when I use eco styler gel I’m not sure about this
I tried it a second time and it turned out a lot better ua-cam.com/video/F3Gpqt70Uy0/v-deo.htmlsi=g4d3HYIMohEg6M5j
Your hair should be soaking wet for a wash n go. Water activates the products that’s why your results didn’t work out . Try again with water
It’s not your hair it just need lots of water.
