Probably Hannes' self-irony about the fact the his appearance has some feminine features ( only in terms of physical appearance). It's a message than when you can laugh at something this means that this something doesn't bother you.

This is basically metalcore which is a subgenre of metal, so it does very much align with the tastes of a metalhead :)
