- Autumn has arrived in England and it's time to slow down... I spend a zen November afternoon in the garden harvesting the last of the vegetables and reflecting on the recent changes in my life. An Eckart Tolle quote sums up my feelings about creating space for change to happen, and although the unknown is scary, I trust that life is unfolding just as it should. With my apartment sold, I will soon be leaving the city for a new life in the countryside. This could be one of the final days in my London garden. #winter #SlowLiving #cottagecore

This video is about a zen day in my garden as the fall season arrives. I have a slow living day, enjoying the last of the sunshine as Autumn gets well underway and winter approaches. I'll harvest the last of my Bramley apples, kale and tomatoes, and pick some cut flowers (Cosmos). I'm pondering my upcoming move away from London and into the Cambridgeshire countryside. I reflect on how so-called problems may have been just what I needed to allow life to unfold as needed.
I read this recent Eckhart Tolle quote that shows how the season of Autumn beautifully mirrors the path to change in our own lives: "Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge."

I enjoy and make videos all about slow living, present moment, personal growth and development, the power of now, daily routines and living mindfully. I found your vlogs by accident but glad I did love your garden beautiful. I've just come out of a 41 year of being with my husband and I am now trying to put my life back together it's been so scary tying to think for one learning to do things by myself how to decorate do the gardening, listening to what you said helps and will carry on watching your videos for ideas for how to have my home and garden.

Having a garden in expensive London is a luxury that a lot of us cannot afford. In all the years since I left the family home, I have never managed to afford a flat that had a garden.
Yeah I think I was lucky and it was also the first thing on my priority list so I didn’t mind taking a flat that needed a bit of work inside if it meant I got a garden. Took me a few years to slowly get everything the way i wanted though.
