Si eso te sucede al momento de agregar toda la ropa o el cabello cosas así, es porque hay Bones en la ropa que a veces a los creadores se les llega a olvidar, y eso hace que se desconfigure totalmente.
Yo cuando hago un modelo lo guardo con varios nombres por si me da error y no se que ropa, accesorio, etc llegó a desconfigurar.
Pero también hay una solución en ello ^^
Solo busca tutoriales en UA-cam sobre: PMX Ojos locos o Fix Eye Control Bones :D
Con eso me ha solucionado el problema ^^
