Sir एक doubt है कि दोबारा exam लिया गया grace marks वालों का तो nta ने कहा कि normalization होगा... लेकिन अगर normalization होता तो 600 marks पर मात्र 37 ranks का फर्क़ नहीं आता... Exam देने वाले 800 मैं से लगभग 400 to qualify ही नहीं होते... आप थोड़ा सोचकर देखिए

सर मेरा सुझाव है जब एग्जाम सेंटर पर प्रिंटिंग की जाए साथ ही सभी बच्चों को एंट्री करने के बाद ही प्रिंटिंग के जावे ओएमआर शीट की तीन कॉपी तैयार की जाए प्रत्येक कक्ष में जो विकसित है उसके द्वारा सेकंड कॉपी स्कैन करके कैंडिडेट के ईमेल पर भेजी जाए तथा भविष्य में कोर्ट कॉपी के रूप में उपयोग किया जाता है फर्स्ट आंसर शीट एनडीए को चेक के लिए भेजी जाए आंसर शीट पर कैंडिडेट के सभी फिंगरप्रिंट लिए जावे तथा
sir the printing process u are talking about is having high chances of errors at all levels as their is high human intervention.. online exam in different phases is the best option..and regarding difficulty level in different phases one has to pay that price....

Would like to suggest on paper leak issue
50 % weightage of marks obtained in 12th board examinations to be considered while carrying out medical counselling. This could normalise the NEET marks if obtained by cheating/paper leak. Afterall there must be an importance of board exams for such counselling!

Its very disappointed that govt is supporting NEET scammers. My daughter took 5 drops and reached 580 last year. I know how hard she studied to get this score. This year marit have gone drastically upward which is a simple sign of leaked. Last year I got admitted her to KK pvt college. She is very happy to compare the situation of this year that we took pvt seat. Govt must go for RENEET if not atleast RENEET for above 200000 AIR candidates.
What about changing of OMR SHEET and the solver gang in Godhra have fillup the OMR SHEET on completion of exam and sealed it after 03 hours of exam.

Sir scanned OMR sheet to be sent by email to avoid manipulation in future, to up load they can delete and upload so many times, Carbon copy of OMR sheet to be handed over to candidates ( till now, I don't know why NTA keep both copy, as per rules, one should be with candidates)

विषय :- पारदर्शी परीक्षा कराने के लिए चुनाव कराने जैसी प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाये जो बिन्दुवार निम्नलिखित है ।
कोई भी पेपर निम्न तरीके से लीक होता होगा ।
छपाई , ढुलाई , परीक्षा केंद्र पर, परीक्षा के बाद मे OMR sheet मे बदलाव
1 जिस तरह चुनाव जिले के अधिकारी की निगरानी मे होता है उसी तरह हर जिले मे परीक्षा जिले के अधिकारी की निगरानी मे हो और जैसे हर बूथ जिले के अधिकारी की निगरानी मे होता है वैसे ही हर परीक्षा केंद्र हो ।
2 पेपर की छपाई सरकारी प्रैस मे हो और CISF की निगरानी मे sealed होकर जिले के अधिकारी के कार्यालय मे EVM (Electronic Voting Machine) की तरह पहुंचाए जाये।
3 जैसे चुनाव के दौरान पारदर्शिता को सार्वजनिक करने के लिए हर पोलिंग बूथ पर चुनाव लड़ने वाले उम्मीदवारों की तरफ से पोलिंग एजेंट होते है उसी तरह परीक्षा देने वाले बच्चो के कुछ इच्छुक अभिभावकों को भी exam observer नियुक्त किया जाये।
4 सबसे महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि Question Booklet का sealed box बच्चो और exam observer के सामने ही परीक्षा केंद्र पर खुलना चाहिए और परीक्षा के बाद हर कमरे मे OMR sheet बच्चो के सामने ही एक बॉक्स मे डालकर seal करनी चाहिए और यह बॉक्स बच्चो से साइन होना चाहिए जैसे पोलिंग बूथ पर EVM पोलिंग एजेंट के सामने चेक होती है और चुनाव के बाद एजेंट के सामने ही sealed हो जाती है। इससे कोई भी परीक्षा केंद्र पर परीक्षा के बाद OMR fill नहीं कर सकेगा। सभी exam center पर स्टाफ ऐसी प्रक्रिया से ही भेजा जाये जैसे हर बूथ पर पोलिंग पार्टी भेजी जाती है जिसमे 4 कर्मचारी होते है और वो एक ही कार्यालय के नहीं होते।
5 जैसे पोलिंग के बाद सभी EVM जिले के स्ट्रॉंग रूम मे जिला अधिकारी की निगरानी मे जमा होती है उसी तरह sealed OMR का बॉक्स परीक्षा के बाद तुरंत सरकारी सेक्युर्टी की निगरानी मे जिले के स्ट्रॉंग रूम मे जिला अधिकारी और exam observer की निगरानी मे जमा होने चाहिए ।
6 जैसे चुनाव का परिणाम जिले लेवेल पर counting करवाकर घोषीत किया जाता है उसी तरह परीक्षा से अगले 2 या 3 दिन मे सभी OMR के sealed box को exam observer के सामने ही खोला जाना चाहिए और हर जिले पर OMR scan करके परिणाम एनटीए की वैबसाइट पर अपलोड हो और सम्पूर्ण भारत के परिणाम एनटीए सभी OMR स्कैन होने के बाद घोषीत कर दे ।
7 निष्पक्ष परीक्षा के लिए NTA को चुनाव आयोग जैसी POWER मिले और गड़बड़ी करने वाले परीक्षा केंद्र का स्टाफ जेल भेजा जाये एवं उस परीक्षा केंद्र का education recognition खत्म हो । पूरी परीक्षा की छपाई ढुलाई और परीक्षा करवाने से लेकर OMR स्कैन तक सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियो के द्वारा ही कारवाई जाये । Online Exam बिल्कुल नहीं करवाया जाये क्योंकि परीक्षा करवाने वाली निजी संस्थाओ और बाद मे किया जाने वाला normalisation पर बच्चो का विश्वास नहीं होता।
8 पूरी प्रक्रिया की विडियो ग्राफी होनी चाहिए ।
आज के परीक्षा देने वाले बच्चे देश का ही नहीं अपने परिवार का भी भविष्य है । यदि उनका भरोसा टूट गया तो युवा वर्ग अपराध का रास्ता चुन लेगा और इसका नुकसान सभी आम जनता को होगा और देश बर्बाद हो जाएगा।

@@OmEducareServices आप इसको आगे भेजिए अपनी तरफ से सरकार को। अब सबको ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि जब नौकरियों के एग्जाम में 60 से 75 तक कटऑफ जाती है और नोकरी मिल जाती है तो neet में सिर्फ admission के लिए इतनी मेरिट जाने लगी। मानो न मानो अब यही लगता है कि अंदर ही अंदर स्कैम पता नहीं कब से चल रहा है। कैसे समझाऊं अपनी बेटी और बेटे को कि सब कुछ फेयर है।
यह भी सच है कि हजारों-हजार बच्चे अपने मार्क्स को इंप्रूव करने के लिए भी Re- NEET चाहते हैं। उन्हें इसमें *अवसर* दिखता है, लेकिन तब फिर *Better performer* के साथ अन्याय होगा।
अगर काबिल छात्र दोबारा पेपर यानि Re-Neet देता है तो 5-10 संशोधित हो सकता है लेकिन रैंक ज़रूर अच्छी हो जाएगी....

हर competitive exam मे 1 question papers होता है। इस exam मे 2 पपरस हो गये, एक मेन और दुसरा grace marks वालों के लिये। इस Electeonics and telecommunication के युग मे पेपर लीक हो कर तुरंत पूरे विश्व मे भेजा जा सकता है। Beneficiaries countless होंगे। पकड़ते पकड़ते सालों निकल जायेगे।
