I’m a senior citizen now, but I remember back 50 years to those summer romances on the beach during vacation. Some of the best memories of my life, and this song reminds me of those times. I remember walking the beach with my wife, the sunrises, holding her body close, thinking it would never end. My wife left to leave her footprints on the eternal beach four years ago. For whatever reason, God left me here for the time being. Other family members need my help for now, but when my work here is done, I will follow those beautiful bare, small, indelible footprints she left for me, which no waves can erase. We will both be young and healthy again, and spend eternity in love, with the blessing of God.

9 years ago a close friend of mine passed away from Leukemia. We were just 8 back then & I don't think I quite understood the concept of death. 9 years ago a close friend of mine passed away from Leukemia. We were just 8 back then & I don't think I quite understood the concept of death. I thought she was going away for a long time & that she'd be back some day. They played this song at her funeral because of how much she adored Miley & till this day this song reminds me of her.
