Anyone coming into my home like that, might get in, but they would never get out... I would have that issue solved before the police ever arrived. I would consider a break in like that a real threat to my life and use my handgun accordingly, and there would be no two sides of the story to tell. At that point, I don't believe in shooting to injure.
If someone wants to stay outside of my house, and creep around, that's fine, I'll wait for the cops to come take care of them....but I'm not going to wait to see what happens once someone gets into my home. Thank goodness for castle laws.
