Hellfire you need to poke them before going in and change pots for giga pots, Carving you cant get caught in the W E combo you will lose, spear if they use reflect
i get caught by a prowler first rotation im dead that how broken that wepaon is and for spear i will just walk away because you remove ALL kill pressure if he goes deflect unless he as a purge but most players play with stalker hood

you 100% change helmet and boots WHY because u you dont have the HP to ''tank'' the dmg, i suggest regular plate boots with heath sprint and any defensive helmet hunter hood, guardian helmet soldier helmet

Ive been lvling fire staffs and didnt even realised how strong they are. (1 handed is the best in my opinion) People are underestimating us fire staff users. once i met a t7.2 1h crossbow guy as t6.1 fire staff build and ive won. that was quite cool and then i realised that this weapon is a monster good for every pvp matchup. Also that video was really fire man. Would love to see more.
you really just have a few option for CD in general Hunter hood cultist robe plate boots miscaller OR taproot and this build soldier helmet mistwalker chest plate boots mistcaller and for capes martlock or brecelian cape
