Labour shortage because of government free facilities like ration lead to lack of intrest, and they don't work whole weeks, 2 or 3 day ty may work and it's enough for them, for being better from all the angle and all the sectore government should stop such schemes for betterment, and they should start women empowerment in this, there is less women's in weaving sector, and well u doing pretty good job, all the best💓 , thank you 😊.
