I think a lot of vehicles when using nitro are.

Compound’s top speed is actually faster than the reaper’s nitro top speed. Unfortunately the compound’s accel isn’t incredible which is what screwed it over in the short range speed test but it does make up for it considering how you basically have infinite nitro with it.
