- Germany perfected electronic television transmission and mass produced CRT receivers and had regular TV productions before anyone else in the world did. They even had a 1000-line HD system in prototype development that was cancelled in 1942 due to the war efforts. This is my closest simulation of the 441-line system, unless someone will donate a Telefunken E1 set! 25 frame/s, line frequency 11,025 Hz. Vision 46.0 MHz Sound 43.2 MHz. This is what the German state programmers wanted the TV to showcase to the world.
