This song is SO TIMELY for my family and I! My 13 year old sister has cancer, and Sunday I had gotten a call from my parents asking to gather all of my siblings to come and say our goodbyes… We prayed, we asked for a miracle, and here we are 5 days later and my sister has made a MIRACULOUS recovery and doctors are in AWE!

David Funk is incredible. He is anointed ❤ Not because of some melody, or some beautiful lyrics, or “perfection” . , but because of his Love for the Lord. You can see it in him, and he uses that gift to create a space and opportunity where people can be in communion with the Lord , through music. It is incredible .

When I was feeling down, depressed, torn, exhausted. I prayed to God. Lord can I hug you? I just want to hug you tight. One sunday it was my first time to visit this church after service, I had to go to this room for the first timers, I was welcomed, prayed and after the prayer, the elder asked that he would hug me. It was that very moment that Christ hugged me. God uses people as an instrument to communicate with us. God bless everyone. My spirit is filled. I cry holy, holy, holy.

Maybe my story is different because I have dreams and desires that have not yet been fulfilled, such as being able to get married when I'm 46 and I find it difficult to find someone who wants to serve the Lord with me in full-time missions while staying in the center America and going to other nations to serve and train other people who need it, I am also almost 22 years old and I do not see my older brother and I want to see him again, he lives in the United States and he is still not legal and I do not have one visa, another of my dreams is to have my own house because I only have a small patio but I need a financial miracle to build it. And this song reminds me that every time I feel that these dreams do not come and are not fulfilled, that then it is time to surrender everything to the Lord again, that he is sovereign and that his will is good and that while I wait I can rest. and I trust him.
