I would convert the first bedroom into a bathroom, with a nice bathtub with a shower function. The bathroom tiles could do with a bit of paint. The bathrooms are awful, the rest is amazing. There needs to be a coat rack with a shoe rack and possibly a mirror at the main entrance.
