This Strawberry Cake is just about the quick and easy cake you will ever make. Loaded with 400g of strawberries in and on the cake, it's a great way to use strawberries when they're in season.

00:27 Sugar 300g (10.6 oz)
00:31 A pinch of salt
00:34 Vanilla sugar 5g (0.2 oz)
00:58 Oil 220ml (7.4 fl oz)
01:04 Milk 220ml (7.4 fl oz)
01:25 Flour 480g (17 oz)
01:32 Baking powder 20g (0.8 oz)
01:45 Yogurt and Soda 40 g (1.4 oz) and 3 g (0.1 oz)
02:30 Strawberry 400g (14.1oz)
03:34 Mold diameter 26sm
03:37 Oil
03:59 Separate half of the dough
05:25 IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) 60 MIN
05:55 Apricot jam
06:16 Coconut flakes
