Has it got that bad! the onley light's that I can see that's supplied by the Kilkenny county council are above there rentid huths it's just business for them,,but the real Xmas lights is the bar west bank if not for them it would be so sad 🎉 maby next year's the council might spend a little bit more in town and less on the south of Kilkenny to suth the needs of Waterford ! com on give a little colour for Xmas here in the street 😢
