#Ficadica.
The DRZ400E was NOT a dual sport. They made an "S" version for street. Anyhow, you can't buy new ones in the states unless it's a leftover. The recession killed the market. The thing ripped power, but I put a racing pipe on it and it really flew. I tried many different trail bikes, including the KTM, the KDX, KLX and the WR before I bought my DRZ. Sorry, but it was, hands down, the best. It also had the magic button- which the other bikes at that time lacked. This video makes me miss my bike!
hehehe, thanks for the comments friend! We are waiting for you! we are in Lagoa Santa, Minas Gerais, Brazil, next to the international airport to our state. for more follow us on facebook.com/BlueridersTeam Hug!
No one can say anything bad about the drz 400. It has been in production for over 10 years with almost no major changes in the design, thats a pretty good testament to its reliability and overall status as a bike. I love mine!
vídeo bacana, cara me diz uma coisa, qual vc acha melhor DR400z ou CRF450x,pretendo comprar uma das 2 futuramente, mais estou com duvidas em relação à manutenção,desempenho,consumo,etc... Oque vc me diria..? Desde já agradeço. Até mais.
what you see is what you hear ..no fancy sickening music background. i like your video guys.. make it longer the place is great just like my riding in the philippines
Main difference between the two is the Honda will be rebuilt many times before a single bolt is turned on that DRZ's motor. Mainly because the CRF is way more of a lightweight motocrosser.
yes, most dirtbikes will. everything from my friends tiny little 50cc pitbike to my very badly tuned DRZ400s. unless the clutch is gone, then no it wont.
not really, i believe the only difrence is a heavier flywheel and a less agresive cam, oh and also a stuffed up intake and exhaust, but these bikes love getting top end rebuilds and eating up valves all the time
the DRZ 400 is not a real enduro bike, let's say it's a sport trail-bike, but it can go fast in good hands. It's a multipurpose bike, you can go to work with it, take a ride on the countryside beautiful roads, and go race with your off-road friends on weekend...
My friend rides a drz400, never touches the engine. The only thing I do not like about my crfx is the titanium valves, there so soft and need constant tuning. Also the drz has a higher oil capacity, where I am constantly eating oil he has a secondary reserve built into his frame. But I have double the suspension travel, crazy hp, and the thing weighs nothing. Drz is a great woods bike, but on straight sand nothing can touch a crfx.
It's Brazil my friend. We are near the city of Confins, where there is an international airport! When you want to come let us know and we will schedule a trail! Hug! For more facebook.com/blueridersteam!

they are heavy for a 400 at about 130kg, you can get a more modern (the DRZ design has not been changed in 16 years) bike at around 110ish kg but you pay with less reliability and more frequent service periods (generally) IMO they are very worth the money, practically bulletproof with a couple of cheap mods.. however they are on the slower side for a 400, but incredibly moddable.. it really depends what you want out of a bike.
Daniel Deutschen You can yes, tho it is about roughly $1000-$1500 of parts and dyno to do it right and it does sacrifice some of the legendary reliability. I think a 434 big bore with other mods is the most common way to a 50+. Personally I am happy with the little mods that give it that little extra without really compromising that bulletproof bike, after all its why so many DRZ owners ride them.
my dads drz 400 is jetted with a yfz carb, somehow idk and a yoshimura pipe.. that thing does wheelies off the line.... he can keep up with me fine.. i ride a crf 250x but i am quick on it soo yea
They are different. I have a k model drz400 and my brother has a crf450x. They weigh the same. They are about the same speed. The CRF feels faster because the way it’s tuned and it’s stiffer. The DRZ is the better of the 2 because it’s so dialed in for rideability and comfort.
Thank you brother! for more follow us on facebook.com/BlueRidersTeam! cheer up yourself, we are very close to Tancredo Neves International Airport - MG, we rent bikes, hostels and what else you need! Hug!

Finally, someone goin' hard on a drz :)

I love the 450's, but the Zuk 400 is probably the best all around bike of all time!
Wow what an awsome place to ride. That drz looks quick and a lot of fun.
They were actually quite considerate and waited with a respectful distance for the rider to stop and give them way.
E minerada rapida do diabo!!! Que otimo video. Comprei uma Dr!!! Pego segunda!
man do I miss riding a dirtbike

oh my!! you're a mean driver! What tires do you use?
theyre both great bikes, but the big difrence is that the drz is a low maintenece biike and the crf is high maintenance,

Is a drz a heavy bike?? I want to buy one some day, and are they worth the money?

+74KU with a couple of mods you can actually get a drz over 50hp. But it's no longer a 400 then
Daniel Deutschen

yeah you're right, I#d rather not worry much about my engine then having 7hp or so more
de onde ces são/?
what kind of exhaust has the drz ?
great video man! :) liked a lot! but i feel sad for the last guy! seems he cant compare to you and the other dude! :P

whats better for road, drz or crf x

You guys really should have turned off your bikes and walked past the horse. That horse was freaking out, it could have seriously hurt the rider.
