How to prepare a typical Nepali Chatpate

This is how one Ama prepared Chatpate in Bandipur. This is the typical way how people make Chatpate in Nepal. Actually, I am not a Chatpate type of person but when my wife make it at home, I literally dive into it. However, I don't like to eat Chatpate outside my home.
