U need to feed the dog and the dog need 15% find rare item perks i open 50 weapon crates and activate 14% find rare item perks and got like 40% guns

I feel this pain, hoping for a system that lets us swap / trade up or something in the future, Maybe the new Season system will let us pick something like that as a late season reward!?
