    Today we present a guided meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

    Wow,Wow, Wow... I hesitated beginning this meditation because I was searching for a new meditation of Dr. Joe Dispenza's, and when I started the video, I heard a woman's voice. Quickly understanding this would be guided by Dr. Joe, I continued. I have read "Becoming Supernatural" and the other day, started reading "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" I have also been very committed to following his guided meditations for the last few months. My life has changed...This was amazing....I will be following this channel also.Thank you!

    Will be doing every morning! Experienced distracting thoughts but was able to refocus bk to the present moment. Overall feelings of peace and calm. Thank you!

    I just found this meditation. It helped me to transition from sleeping. I am using the restorative deep sleep meditation before I go to bed. I am starting to get longer hours of rest. I have been needing a morning meditation. The app seem to help Prepare my body to begin in the morning. I have struggled since being rolled over by a tractor to get a consistent night sleep. This seems to be a good start to the day.

      My journey is at a new level. I am beginning to feel “normal again “. I was rolled over across my chest by a mid-sized farm tractor rear wheel. The wheel was about five feet tall and full of air. It broke several ribs on both sides of my chest. This happened on August 10th, 1992. I have been dealing with things since. I recovered enough physically then to return to work on the first day of the second six weeks of school. The mental side of the trauma remained buried until June of 2017 when I had open heart surgery because of two arteries (the widow maker and the one below it) that had been damaged by the accident filled up 25 years later. I had no circulation issues any where else. From this point I tried to be a “good patient “ , but things got worse from not being able to communicate with the doctors the whole story. At my final appointment with the vascular doctor, his nurse asked me for background information. This was the first time that I was able to communicate the whole story. She asked me if anyone had ever heard this, I said no.
      I had made this appointment because of a coldness below my knees. I took myself off of all medication. Approximately., ten days later I had lost several pounds of water weight. He didn’t understand why I was there. I told him in one word “confirmation “. I literally went from needing help getting off the floor to demonstrating to him by dropping to the floor and getting up on my own.
      Now several years later, Dr. Joe has given me the tools to continue my journey. I started last September 8th, meditating. Within two weeks, I was completely off oxygen. Earlier this year I was officially released from it. I had documented my progress for my wife. My GP. had my vitals taken. My readings were normal except for my oxygen. It was 98%. The nurse who took it said “Wow!”
      Because of Dr. Joe’s tools, I can now run in short bursts again and I can jump. I continue to improve! Thanks Dr. Joe!!!

    This is not Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. The meditation is called the Generous Present Moment.

    I journeyed to a past life to heal something, then I was in a desert, then floating on water and then taken through scenery of luxury, decadence, opulence and radiance. Overall peace and calm experience
