is time dilation real? | is time travel possible? क्या समय यात्रा संभव हो सकती हे?

IN 1905 Albert Einstein proposed in his theory that the speed of light is universal constant i.e. it never changes its speed and no one can go beyond that speed. So what will happen if let say a train travelling at the speed of light? And at the same a child inside the train run in the direction of train, the speed of child now should higher then speed of light. So how it could be possible? The answer lies in time dilation. To retain the universal constant at its place, time would dilate to everyone including that child.
So this means if this train let say runs for one year then the earth would have been 1000 years old i.e. when that train will stop each and every passenger would be in future living for only just one year.
Well, is it possible or it would be just a human observatory malfunction?
