That would be fun and a park bench type setting with a little foam for wind. No cord for people to trip over if you want a little distance from the camera.
It actually sounds good and the wireless works well. Not bad, especially considering the price. As for omni mode, a wireless omni might be handy for recording an outdoor event like a picnic, as you could place the mic in the middle of the group of people and hear them all.
I think you answered your own question. The omni mode is for a park picnic table podcast with a guest. Put the mic in between ya and get some sweet park ambiance too!
Godox has been making some pretty decent cheap stuff. I use some of their lights in the studio for video stuff (effect lighting). This mic sound pretty good. The pops on the switches is rough. The omni is good when you wanna get rid of proximity effect (since omni cant get proximity effect) and in the studio we use it to get a different tone, or for a singer that moves around a lot. (some people like to dance when they sing). Just not great if your room sound bad. The distance on that was pretty darn good, not that youd ever NEED to do that, but if you did, thats pretty cool.
I do really like the fact that it can pair with that wireless system. Seems pretty damn sweet!! It’s kind of like a cheaper option of the Sony ECMS1.
Ooooo good call
Not bad. Good distance. Thanks for the video, Broseph!
Welcome sir! I like this thing

Yeah I’m thinking it may be a keeper for me

Validation. I literally quite like the sound and I’ve second guessed the hell out of myself
@@ObscureMics naa this is a solid mic with or without the wireless.
Ok listening on the kindle, not your worse mic by a long shot! I need to visit sometime soon.
Nice
The Amazon page describes it as a lav mic. Well, I suppose you could.....
Oh I’ll do it
