That was great. I knew this from many Cruises with Costa, but now it's gone. Costa saves Money and cut a lot of staff in the Restaurants and bars. Only a very short Version with a few minutes Music is provided on the Cruises now. I was very sad about that. The Service in the Restaurants also gets bad since they have only one Server left for a lot of tables. Costa goes wrong with this.
The Problem is, the others don't do better. I was on pullmantur Sovereign a few weeks ago and it was not better than Costa. The ship was very dirty, rusty, Windows blond so you could not see outside but paid for outside cabin. But Service and Food was good so far.

I agree with you. Year after year the quality is lower. It was the last cruise I made with Costa, and I'not plans to come back soon.
