تحفه بس نفسي اعرف ليه لما بجي احط عجينه السكر فوق الكيك ساعات بتتقطع او بتشقق ؟
شوفي من تحطيها فوق عجينة بسرعه لصقيها من جوانب الي تكون فوق كلها بعدين انزلي شوي شوي لحد ما توصل للاسفل و انتي عم تلصقيها

What is/where did you get the rolling mat? Powdered sugar or cornstarch for rolling? What are you brushing on to secure the fondant decorations to the cake? Thanks!
The rolling mat is from ikea ( varriera ). i used cornstach for dusting the fondant and i use water.

Hello . Very nice design. Quick question what dimension is your cake? and how many grams of sugar paste do you use to cover your cake (the light blue). Thanks in advance
the height is about 7 inches and the diameter 6 inches. for the foundant i dont use to measure it maybe a 1000 grams.

This is really nice. Do you freeze the cake before applying the fondant?
if u dont put the ganach u should freeze the cake before, but if u put the chocolate ganach no u dont need
for the buttercream yes you should put in the freezer about 10 to 15min before covering the cake.
