update: TLDR
from the past few days i had been feeling left out from my friend group from uni, and today i called up a friend and i had an epiphany. because of school, i had developed a very limiting and self victimizing view of friendship, i thought i would be left out in every friendship and relationship, to some point those fears of mine were very valid, i used to be severely bullied in school for many reasons which made me very insecure and thinking i was incapable of keeping friendships.
that is why i thought it was okay to isolate myself and wallow in self-pity, which i would not do again, ever.
just because things, friendships, etc. end does not mean we should not enjoy things in the present.

Lately ive been feeling really down cause of my friends. They started to hate me and ignore me when i ask for help so i started listening to this. Day 9: I have noticed a lot actually, only after rereading the benefits of the subliminal have I noticed a few changes, I have let go of the past, I never let the past affect me, but now I feel unburdened by the past, I acknowledge the past but know I have become better because of the past, however I don't let the past affect my present or future, I have become much less judgmental recently, my sister makes stupid decisions all the time I used to want to control her actions to prevent her unnecessary pain and struggle but within the last few days I have felt kind of at peace like I don't feel any need to control her it reminds me of one of the benefits that basically makes you realize that everyone has the free will to do what they want and you respect that, that's what I've been doing, I have also become more dedicated to things as of late, I train a lot when my body isn't sore I train previously I'd let my failures make me feel disappointed in my training sessions so I'd usually give up, but now anytime I fall short I rest take care of my body, and mind and try again when I am all healed up I don't quit I just give another try. also I realized that I've been doing this unconsciously without having to try, so subliminals really do work at the unconscious level and previously I was worrying constantly about if I am getting results or if I am just wasting my time and despite that fact I was still getting results, only after rereading the benefits did I notice the changes, so it doesn't matter if you don't see changes as they are still occurring.

@@salaralamalam9431 I have the same problem and its because of our mindset sweetie! We will not see results until we just let go and do our best to believe them! We are not allowed to look for results. I would really recommend you to affirm and try change your mindset! Like for example ''I already have what I want!'' Affirim it each time time you suddenly think of your desires or start doubting and overreacting that you still dont see them physically!
@@salaralamalam9431You can listen to a forced subliminal or a blokage remover (which is also a kind od subliminal) but I can't tell what will work for you because I don't have the same problem as you. I hope that this will help you. Also try getting rid of limiting beliefs for ex. stop thinking that you will get results after a week (instead think and act as if you already have them).
