16:24 I see this a lot. If you find yourself rushing back to where you just died, or where a teammate died the second you spawn, and you don't have support (your team isn't there, its not a critical objective point etc), check yourself. This is normally when you have switched to a what I call the "revenge" mental state. You are likely going to become more aggressive etc. Revenge mode is when I see so many people go out and die, spawn, rush die, spawn rush, die. Not that you do that here, but good to stay aware of. If you ever find yourself like that, breathe and as Bio said, get back with your team. I have had games where i start 5-12 or so and end 13-12 or more because I was in revenge mode rather than team player mode
100% wish I could hear the comms though. Maybe he heard the 1 shot comm. In the end, he had a teammate near him and should have ran away. Lots of ego challenges.
19:34 - ok, so i knew about the ! in your teammates icon, but not the opaque means low health. That might be worth a 30 second short "getting team info with no comms" or something - pay attention to the dots at edge of screen, and what each "status" of the dot means.
1:55 This first death. i noticed something when you melee'd. It was almost like you waited to move your reticle until after the melee animation was over, then you tried to line up the shot. When you melee, if the guy moves, imagine where the reticle will be and line it up while the animation is going on. This way you can shoot the second its available.
13:30 This looks like something I see often, especially in lower lobbies. First, good job backing off here when you knew you weren't going to win the fight. But you are too eager to get the sniper kill. Go for the win, go for the kill, no matter the method. So if you fire the sniper in that range, immediately switch to your bandit. Don't wait to see if you hit. Be ready to finish if you hit, and be ready to team shoot if you didn't.
When I watch pros they do this sometimes but it really depends on the range of the target. Up close 100%. Additionally where is your team? Can they clean up the kill? Or do you need to? Sometimes dealing the damage and leaving the guy is better than shooting again. Everything is super situational.
@@B1OChemist definitely true, but especially in lower lobbies or solo queue, I would say general rule would be to switch. If you're high Diamond or onyx or pro, sure because the odds of hitting a second shot are much higher. I don't recommend a gold, plat, or low diamond entirely try to play as a pro. Play where you are and adjust as you improve is my 2 cents
General question to Ruckus - where do you find you have your eyes? I am watching your shot and I bet that you let you eyes focus on the person, on the target. If i'm right, try to have your eyes focus on the reticle. This seems counter intuitive but trust that your eyes do see the target but if you focus on that and not the reticle, your body thinks its there and it takes more time to process that it isn't aligned and to adjust. If you focus on the reticle, your peripheral sees you are off and your body/mind connection will adjust to line up faster and keep your shot on better. I'd love to do some academic study on this, but alas I don't have the resources lol
21:10 I think you were reacting to the pings, but you were late. You could have helped when you first heard the ping, but I think you were like "i dont know where they are, don't want to rush by myself, oh let's go to the ping and help there". I don't think you saw in kill feed the guy got the kill so you were still looking for the ping

@@RedBaronGBG weird how I do this but never tell people, solid advice lol
Thanks I never would’ve looked that deeply into something that happens a lot for me
