idk it seems like you're just repeating what you read from older servers players, pyro and asura only become the best classes after being able to upgrade the skill 7 awakening to at least ~5/10, and after ignore def becomes relevant... asura is not spammy at all before this and not awakened pyro skills just lack in damage compared to their long cooldown. before awakening id take frost, summoner and especially RANGER over pyro/asura any day.

Is it gonna be easy to change ice accesories to wind at the late game including elemental powers? In my server most people started with wind to priest
