I had my first experience of cataplexy yesterday and woke up 3 times tonight due to hypnagogia. I think I suffer from General Anxiety Disorder.. Hope I can bring myself to get it checked out soon. In the meantime I'll listen to this to hopefully find some relaxation. Thank you. Writing this to get it off my chest.

@@HealingVibrations Sorry for the late reply but I did ! It actually helped me ... after 1 hours, I was really relaxed and fell asleep in the car and usually it take me 4-5 hours to calm myself so thank you !
This has me so relaxed I just want to say yesterday I was feeling so off my anxiety was horrible and I kept telling my mom I didn’t feel good I even felt my blood pressure of the roof I checked it and it was really high this helped me relax I felt very more at ease. Thank you so much for this.

Even though this was posted 3 years ago, listening to this really helps me sleep and put my mind off things. I’ve had terrible sleep and overall horrible anxiety which isn’t like me at all. But i started focusing more on my health, who i’m around and overall i’m trying to become happier. But since my close friend really does everything to prevent it, it causes me terrible stress.Almost cried today because of her words. Anyways, Reading affirmations and falling asleep to this. Big thank you. Feeling much better. I’m not used to sharing my feelings, on the internet especially, but this really makes me feel more comfortable and confident 😅❤

Healing Vibs, would you say the ego and soul/core joy are indirectly related? I dont know if I am framing the question correctly.
If I'm understanding correctly I would say they are directly related. Our ego keeps our attachment to the body for experiencing, while our soul enjoys the ride. Too much or too little ego may stunt our soul/core joy but keeping balance will allow them to work together by identifying us as separate for this experience while still knowing we're connected through a soul. The frequencies do a very good job at moving through our bodies, the feelings we get are meant to be breathed through and released. Heart race could mean a heart release. 🙏💜😊
