You're using a Very Special Tool. I too used the same Tool. A trained mechanic at a service station said, it's a very complicated process, ₹500, labour will be charged. I came back, and got it done myself by using the Very Special Tool, called "Brain" ! Anyway, I believe this is a basic design error. Actually, the full force is directly not on the rear wheel, but on the clutch casing. In bikes it's very accurate.
Waah guruji🤩... Once i tried to pull that off with hammer and chizel but that was big fail...but then pull out that inner raise and made a cut inside that outer raise with a hex blade to loosen it ...and than that cane out with ease😍
I used this method to pull the bush of a Passion pro swing arm. But the bush was seized. So it was so tight that the bolt broke off. Then I had to take that swing arm to hydraulic press to replace the bush.
