For no reason at all considering I live in sweden I checked new wace skate shop out online. No store. But based in new york and you can book time to try skates out in person. Stockholm needs a shop to.
i’m also 275mm mondo and after 2 years of buying/selling all the skates available 😂 i finally found the best skate for me, i love this gawds downsized with intuition, they feel perfect for me
I'm grateful for your videos to push me over the edge to start inline skating at age 33. I've never skate before since I used to be a hardcore boarder and I'm learning a great deal from your videos. I ended up with M12 boots with bacemint liners for the snug but comfy fit, and freestyle frames and stoked to learn new skill on a daily base. Thank you, and many blessings 🖖🏽
I have the exact same fit issues with the Gawds with my 275 feet. The front UFS receptor and tight toebox does cause my toes to go numb after a while, I can only manage about an hour in them, but I still enjoy them. Planning to try and heat up and push the toebox out a bit to try and make a tiny bit more space 🤞
@@aldolega I've got the TFs and used those liners for a bit, but now I'm using some broken in Intuitions. My big toe is a bit chunky so I'm guessing that might be the difference?
Hey Ricardo, when you do reviews in future can you please comment on the full fit profile of the skate in stock setup. Ie. Heel width, forefoot width, instep depth and forefoot depth. It will make a big difference for those who have no choice but to buy online.
I've got the TF1 Gawds and had the same problem with the UFS receptors, I just bought some online, when removing the ones that come with the skate, the boot actually comes with the recess to fit the proper receptors, simple fix, just annoying that you've got to sort out a design / manufacturing flaw when you get the skates.
I'm a 27.5 who is on a perpetual quest to downsize. Tried these recently and I think I can make them work, but only with a 2nd Skin liner. Anyone know how the 42 Roces 5th Element compares? Wondering if I could get my Intuitions in that one.
I never made the correlation as a kid that most of these brands are off the same molds 🤨 was it always that way? I skated k2s in the day and always liked Remz and USD, and I have the HR2.5w now. I know it’s too expensive to have each mold be unique now.
Gawds are not even close to what USD VII were. USD VII came with a pretty nice liner later on (Phoenix) and were STILL POSITIONED AS ENTRY-LEVEL SKATE. Gawds pricepoint is a joke considering what they are.
I recently discovered your channel and have been enjoying your videos. I just switched to a triskate. I found the stock Rollerblade wheels were too soft and gummy and couldn't slide well with them. I got some 88A wheels and they're much faster and lively and of course slide better. What durometer wheels do you like on a triskate? Do you go harder than 88A?
Skate Shop? What's that? I live in Metro NYC & it's a travesty that we don't have a skate shop in the biggest city in the United States.
New Wave Skate Shop is in NY I think?
Bring back Blades
I live in San Diego and inline skating is still banned from a lot of places.

Regardless of that touch, that backslide was f***ing insane dude! 😲😲😲

What liners are you using? I have the Tim Frankenstein and those liners are juuust thin enough for me to fit that shell comfortably.

Watch out for mortons neurom
@@JiggyGinJoints I had to look up what this was, but thank you I will look out for it.
I'm going to show my age here😅. I always liked soft boot skates. I still have my pair of the original K2 fatty pros in my loft somewhere.

can i skate wizard frame with them without soulplates?
Olá Ricardo, tudo bem? Me responda, vc assim como eu, calça patins tamanho 43, nos USD seven qual tamanho de Shell vc usa?
Are those soulplates good for usd carbon 3?
Is the soleplate useable with a CJ boot? Iam looking for a wider one...
Yes, I've used the USD VII soulplate (same as this one) on CJ Carbons with no mods needed.
Any plan to review the new dead wheel 56 profile???
Yes!!!!!!!! 😀

But who has the lowest mizu? Joe Garry or Ricardo lino?! Inquiring minds want to know.

Non recessed UFS receptors are a crime 😂 I can always feel that under the front of my foot, really don’t like the feeling
They are recessed... Just change the bolt receivers ;)
Love the look of those! Xx
Love these spots...

You could also call the skate USD Grycon ;)
