My coleman spa has a deflate kit that sucks it all super flat in about 3 minutes. Why are you bothering to manually push on the plastic to deflate when you can't possibly do that better than it's own pump can? Also, why would you suck on a filthy hose instead of just screwing the hose onto the builtin drain? Is this what happens when you don't read the manual?
Can anyone tell me where to get the outdoor outlet cover for the big adapter ? I cannot find one anywhere and i noticed one in this video where it fit .
@@LYLAHome20 well, the valve makes it hard to get ALL the water out, there's definitely still moisture in there. I imagine it's from kids crawling around on top of it and smushing it into the water. I just don't want it to mold and wasn't sure if someone had figured that out yet or not.
@@ALotusMonster I’m sorry there’s water in there! It shouldn’t affect the function too much, but maybe deflate it and have someone help scrape all the water out.
I would also just have #Saluspa as a hashtag. They’re made by Bestway so you’ll cover all the folks that don’t have the Coleman rebranded tubs. :) Did you find a storage bag to hold it? I was thinking of one of those Christmas tree/Holiday storage bags.
Hi Nosirrahm! It’s oddly shaped so I didn’t find a bag to store, but a Christmas bad may help keep dust off depending on how long you’d store it away for. We took our tub down when we were in a drought with all the summer wild fires. We folded it up as neatly as possible and stored it in our garage on our roof racks along with the machine. We just took it back out after 7 months and it works great!
Plus, the pump comes with deflation kit. You literally did everything twice as difficult as it need be 😂. Why make the video when you obviously aren’t well versed in its use.
Again your awesome thank you so much for taking all this time to show!!!❤❤❤
This is a great video. Short and very helpful! Thanks!
Thank you so much for watching! I hope you’re able to set your hot tub up smoothly😃
Great video! Keep up the good work!
Why wouldn’t you just use the drain valve on bottom of pool? What’s it for, if not to drain it easily

I agree with you totally, why do people put videos on UA-cam if they don’t know what they’re doing?
You can use the pump and adapter to help deflate the tub.
I just let it naturally deflate.
Can you provide more info on how to use the pump to deflate? I can't get all of the air out. thanks
An interesting, clean (no pun intended), and to-the-point video. Thanks!

Does residual water in the pump just drain out by gravity?
Great video thank you for sharing have a beautiful day God bless you always
Thank you so much for watching! I hope you’re able to enjoy your hot tub 😃
Great video. When do you undo the plug that is inside the tub on the bottom?
Hi Wendy! If it’s the plug on the very bottom of the tub, you would only want to unplug when you want release the water during draining.
How come no one connects the hose to the drain?
What are the outside covers around the hot tub called and where do you get them
Hi! I’ve tried Google searching for an extra hot tub cover, but I had 0 luck. They only sell the cover that would cover the top.
After I clean mine I dry the inside with the air pump.
Brilliant idea! It’s so hot where we live so it dried within a few hours after cleaning 😄
@@LYLAHome20 Not my idea it was in the instructions for the spa LOL.
@@MarkWoodChannel LOL I guess I should’ve read the manual again, but next time we’ll try drying it that way.
What to do if the hot tub lid has water in it?
Hi! I haven’t had that issue yet, but I would remove the water just to avoid mold. Did you fill the water pass the max line?

Put a little chlorox in there to prevent mold
Go for it
i waited for the part where you put it back in the box but you don’t 😂 i can’t get it back in the box no matter what i do

Good idea on the holiday storage bag.

Trying to do this in -18C weather. Do not recommend
Thai shows nothing about how it actually drains and timing
