Yes! The studio cut on bilateral is good but this version on the Rockefeller live album with the extended bridge is damn legendary! Definitely in my top 10 Leprous songs
just last week I managed to find it on amazon (2CD+DVD) at around $15 ($262 mexican pesos) don't hesitate to get it, it's a masterpiece of a live performance
julioan94 I actually found it when I was at Amoeba the other day and it was about the same price, if not a bit more expensive, and I’ve been contemplating whether or not to get it because I have loads of other albums that I want to get also. I’m thinking I should but later
I wish the scenes weren't directed so badly. There's no shot that lasts more than 3 seconds and it just constantly jumps all over the place. Amazing audio experience though.
For me, malina and tall poppy. But I find it interesting to see this kind of diversity in taste, from the fanbase. I thought everyone like most tall poppy and malina!
Was lucky enough to see leprous supporting Devin Townsend a few years ago, musically brilliant, but the singer gets a bit annoying with his ahhhh ahhhh stuff, wouldn’t stop me seeing them again though👍
The singer is literally why the band is as popular as they are. His voice is beyond magnificent and I would not even imagine listening to them without him... That's sort of their trademark thing.
What a great performance . What a voice this man has!!!
Mindblowing
It's just mesmerizing. I have no words to describe how deep and powerful this song is. Thanks for uploading it.
Sebastian Gonzalez OMG I totally agree. I can watch this over and over every day and never tire of it.
It's even better listened to together with Red (which is next in the DVD).
Fantastic band 💜🎶
This Live version is better than the recording itself somehow..

Because of a ha a
@animal1439 you know it is a good band when you have to use top 10 just for the bands songs
6:08 - felt full body goosebumps at concert
Lateralus you were there?
@@TinaReggie I wish :D I've listened to them live three times though... and shivered at this every time
Love this song and his voice
5:13 ❤❤❤❤
5:51 also 6 years later, still chills
One of the realy good Norwegian bands...
I love their music so much that it calms me
Love this band! ❤❤
Years later still amazing to watch.. this is the most technical band I’ve seen since Liquid Tension Experiment, Circus Maximus, DT, etc...
4:58 You know yout band rocks when you have Mikael Åkerfeldt in the front row of your concert 😂😂
Not åkerfelt
Well this is just fantastic.
You're doing God's work. Thank you.
Haha a few years ago I saw no one had uploaded it, so I felt it was my duty. 😁 btw I listened to this song on my way to work this morning .
They're Incredible! Saw them live with Haken, and their cover of Angel was an experience.
Thanks for the upload - it is in my top 3 of Leprous songs and I am surprised not to see it more featured from the dvd :)
Andrew Jackson I didn't see it on UA-cam on its own so I figured it really was a necessity to have it up. ☺️🤘
4:40 - when you find the great faerie in Ocarina of Time.
I can't believe that i have never heard this before
Isn’t it amazing!? The original version is on their album Bilateral
We're waiting for them
Thank god I found this! Since the full live performance was taken off of UA-cam and I don't have the money to buy the DVD ;-;

Wow...glad, that i found you...this is beautiful in so many ways...
Wish they would turn the bass up, I really enjoy what bass players do.
Wouldn't it be cool if there was an option on the DVD to turn up/down whoever you want
Thanks for appreciating what we do.

I understand what you mean but there is so much going on I imagine it was like trying to film a 60 man boxing match lol.
Odd Time Editing
No doubt. I hate that too. It’s a live show, not a music video. Let us see the band play.
Bro turned it into a Coal song lmao
Good! :)
Ah, this synth 3:00 4:20
wow, just wow. the band somehow managed to outdo itself... again
Those chords sound so thicc
Bilateral and Coal were their best records, don't know why...
and the Tall Puppy Syndrome!
And Congregation, Malina also!
Bilateral and Congregation for me ^^
For me, malina and tall poppy. But I find it interesting to see this kind of diversity in taste, from the fanbase. I thought everyone like most tall poppy and malina!
To me it's definitely Tall Poppy Syndrome, Bilateral and Malina. Leprous is currently my favourite band...
Inima johnule
Experiencing a Leprous concert is the closest you can get to God on this earth🌎!
Is this version different than the original right? I’m hella confused lol
Yes, there is a verse missing and replaced with Ahhhs. I think it's wonderful!!! 🤘
@@TinaReggie now it makes sense! Loved this version!
Who the fuck did dislike this!? Jajaja

His ahhhhs are iconic lol
thats the best part tho
I agree tho. Einar sometimes gets a bit ... much.
You can say that listening to this band is an acquired taste
