Fay "Worst Client Ever" Gets An Infill & Kirsty Sings

Guess who we have in today, it's Fay. We're doing an infill on her nails which have been on for 5 weeks.
We're going to start by taking the stones off and filing down the bulk of the nail at the apex. I also completely removed the acrylic from Fay's snapped nail. I prepped the cuticles before going in with the acrylic, continuing each design into the regrowth. Once the infill has been done and the apex has been rebuilt, file away any excess and smooth the nails and finish off with a topcoat.

I’ve been doing nails many years and I’ve got several Fays. It’s wonderful!
Rachel Jackson +Naio Nails I think everyone has a friend also like Fay and one like Kirsty because you have to be a good friend and let them get away with their craziness and not trying to murder each other every time you get together... though I have had those friendships too then I dropped them in High school because I decided I needed true friends for we can build each other up and not tear each other down. Friendships like Fay and Kirsty is all in fun and love those are priceless Fay she loves to get Kirsty riled and vise versa lolll Adam is just Laughing 😂 in the background wondering who’s gonna break first.

Can we talk Fay into working her way through the rainbow with each infill? With each one, she has to add the next color in rainbow order. Then you could do a timelapse!
I love that idea! However, Fey would only get 2 or 3 colors on her nails. Kristy has said 3 is the max amount of infills she will do before she replaces the whole set.
I like how Kirsty is mindful with the electric file. I actually stopped getting my nails done for a really long time bc nail techs kept burning my nailbeds. It would get so hot. The last starw was when I was getting an infill and it burnt so bad I instinctively pulled my hand away. I told her she burnt me, she didn't even say sorry. As a matter of fact, she did it again. I got up, nails completely unfinished, and walked out. Needless to say, I don't get my nails done as much as I used to. And I LOVE nails.

I am not a fan of yellow usually, but with all the yellow designs you have been doing lately I find I am gaining a soft spot for these designs. Lol I just started wearing mine pretty long, if you jumped in at that length you’d really struggling but you adapt and find yourself getting longer and longer until you turn into Faye
Faye's nails are, to be sure, *extreme.* Nails that long are hard to wear, even for those who are used to wearing very long nails. The thing is, that as they grow out it just becomes normal. Everyone always asks about toilet paper and it's easy to understand why. People with extremely long nails don't hold the tissue with the tips of their fingers. Long nail wearers hold the folded stack of paper pinched between their index and second fingers, between the base of their fingers and the first joint, with the fingers arched back and paper covering the entire fingertip and nail, and wipe. Yes, sometimes mistakes are made. But that's what warm water, soap and nail brushes are for.
One thing almost nobody ever thinks about is how hard it is to do everyday things _without_ long nails, once one is used to wearing them. The finger tips get incredibly sensitive after not touching anything for years except a nail brush when they wash their hands. It's a lot like walking around outside with bare feet for the first time every spring.
