- In one of my first videos I talked about the different groups of Hutterites but, I feel like I never really talked much about it, all I said were there are three different groups and their names but, hopefully in this video it will be easier to understand.
it was a fairly gloomy week but, we made do with it, we are thankful that it wasn't too hot and also the fact that we got the rain we were waiting for.

I was going to say that the simplicity of life of the Hutterites is so wonderful to see. But there is nothing simply about what you do. The hard work and dedication to you community is what is lacking in society IMO. You look out for each other also rare in the world I live in. Thanks for this glimpse into your life. Before your video's I use to think that Hutterites lived a very restrictive life that was especially difficult for women and not a very joyful life. Now I see that I couldn't have been more wrong.

Ice Water...I had a stroke and it affected my throat for awhile and I couldn't drink liquids. But, what I missed most was water. Thanks be to God it is 90% better.

The rains have been greatly needed. My parents farm about 3000 acres just outside of portage la prairie and they were very thankful for the rains. We need more but we are thankful for every drop we get.

My favorite drink is coffee. I used to not like the taste AT ALL but over time went from drinking it with a lot of sugar and creamer to just drinking it straight black. I love trying different types of coffee and coffee shops.

I totally understand wearing dresses when it’s hot (when they are a lighter fabric anyway). I’m from the south so it gets really hot and humid here. I love a good Caffe Latte any time of day.

How do you get your dresses clean after working in the garden
When I was little and we had a Homestead we would have garden, play, town, church, school and lounge wear. So even though these clothes carried many stains we only use them for this reason. Blessings
I'm sure they pop them into the washing machine on a hot temperature

Your brother is so sweet to make that cutting board, its beautiful. So glad yal are getting the rain you need for your crops. My mouth was watering with the baskets of spinach and radishes. I like to throw radishes in with cukes and peppers to ferment. I finally got some special lil lids so I can release the burps and not worry of molding them. I think a lot of the fundraisers had to get creative this year and do things virtually. God bless the people that need the soup and food kitchens. I have read lots about Hutterites over the years but did not know about the 4th group. I understand how you cannot speak for how they live. Your colonies seem to be so unique in there own ways, so live and let live.
