Good day to be a Vikings fan. Got ourselves a Franchise QB, and the Defensive Player of the Year 2023. Lots of young talent on our team, with both of them, and Addison being a great WR2. I'm excited for this coming season.
I'm a Falcons fan and with the way the board was falling and our draft tendencies, I was expecting a different UW player to be the pick at 8 lmao (but I do love Penix as a prospect).

This year, I got to sit down & watch - damn, the commentators were negative as hell, IMO? I laughed especially hard when they criticized the Broncos picking Bo Nix, a QB. WHAT DID THEY WANT US TO DO, SHOW UP WEEK ONE WITH NOBODY?! 😫
Falcons had a questionable 1st round but the rest of their draft was decent, i personally would have preferred Odunze or Verse (or for sure a trade back) but Penix was 3rd on their big board so I guess I have to trust that
JJ is the most pro ready qb in the draft. He ran a pro style offense at Michigan and he is an awesome qb. I don’t think it will take him more than a year for him to be ready. He is a quick learner. I loved watching him at Michigan.
I know Daniel’s seems frail, but I’ve seen that dude take some of the hardest hits I ever seen and he just walks it off and proceeds to dot th me other team up, he’s tough.

About that 13th overall on Caleb you mentioned a month ago. Maybe an small margin oversight 😆 I can just see my Dad now. "Caleb William’s too cocky, he’s a future round 1 bust!" Cardinals put in some work in that draft. Personally, I think Harrison fills the Cards biggest needs and should help Murray a lot. Still, I ask myself; did we cook or are we cooked? Especially when dealing with our old rival: the Injury Reserve List.
You gotta understand with Drake Maye he was playing behind an awful Oline and didn't have nearly the same supporting cast as Daniel's or Williams. That's why he took more chances. He also has the highest upside of any QB in the draft
The MHJ comp is definitely not Ceedee Lamb. Ceedee is really good with the ball in his hands and fast. MHJ is AJ Green. Basically the always open, big bodied, possession wr.
