Melanger - The Unboxing

In this video we unbox a Premier Tilting Malanger.
This countertop model is a low-impact refiner for making to 10lb of chocolate from scratch.
We imported this 220v melanger to Thailand from the USA www.melangers....
We purchased some cocoa beans from Suriya Cocoa Farm in a previous video. We'll soon be ready to test this refiner out and make our first bean to bar chocolate.

I worked for Kraft foods (30 years) the owner of Cadburys and the biggest confectionery company in the world. Were they good to work for no comment but they paid well lol. Cant wait for my first bite of @ Anarchy chocolate in the coming days ahead.
