I must be the only person who is not upset about Biden, etc. I was saddened by the debate but Biden will run, will win, will be fine until he isn't and then he'll step down if he feels he needs to. That's the way it is so we need to think positive and supportive thoughts for Joe and all our Dems running for office. Trust the Universe.

Everyone was upset and disappointed, heartbroken over President Biden's performance at the debate. However, so many factors played a role in it. However, Biden answered all the questions, so he was not out of it as everyone wanted to make out. Trump lied everytime he spoke. This is surely the time to come together, stand behind and support Biden, and not feed into the narrative of that 90 mins of the debate! Biden hasn't failed us, though it appears some of his supporters are failing him. I immediately donated though too broke to do so, I did! Twice afterwards! And encouraged many others to do the same! If for some reason, Biden cannot fulfill 4 more years, he has a great team that will carry on the work that's been intended and planned. If you give up on Biden now, then you give up on democracy and hand it over to Trump, then you can forget EVER voting again! That's what people should be scared of! Not Biden's one 90 min debate! He was sick! And gaslighted with the multitude of lies 45 spewed out, unchecked! His mic was low and the lighting and angle of the cameras was poor for his coverage, unlike 45's! But did anyone view Biden's answers? He was clearly there! I'm counting on another 4 year term for Biden, to finish his work and fix the damage Trump and his cronies have caused America.

Save energy by physically doing what you can to push Dems win. Help register, make signs. Vote. its tough but remember , Its like, when you are angry at someone...that anger is wasted energy. I had that happen - really painful. After healing I got PT and now I keep those up and have never thrown out my back nearly as bad since. Highly recommend PT.

For RAV AND COVID THERE ARE VACCINES. rsv is well responsive to vax and I highly encourage you to discuss w your doctor same for flu. There’s always an annual flu season the vax will help you. Again speak to your Sr or NPA or the local health dept.
Think he may not qualify for RSV vac. I think it was tested on 60 n over? And or insurance won't cover if younger? Something like that. It's dumb I think if u want you should get!
