Answering your question asked in the description, us vintage police car owners come to Washington D.C during National Police Week. We are escorted around D.C. on May 13th and 14th to visit various locations to display our cars. When you recorded this, we were taking photos of each of our cars.

Oh silly me, I get letters of a CD and a DC mixed up. . . . . Washington District of Criminals !
Washington DC has more TOTAL law enforcement officers than almost any other city in the world.
And their crime keeps going up ! Can anyone explain this one ? I will wait.
