I HOPE THEY WILL ALSO FOCUS ON THE EMERGENCY SITUATION BECAUSE AS I OBSERVED HERE IN MANILA WHEN IT'S TRAFFIC THE AMBULANCE CAN'T PASS THROUGH EVEN IT'S EMERGENCY. THEY SHOULD ALWAYS GIVE WAY TO THAT.
Also my main concern. Traffic conditions is out of hand. Drivers need education the importance of emergency situation.

when i was in college, around 86-91, going to the school, i used that underpass almost everyday, you can see no vendors, but sometime few ambulant vendors but it was very clean too.. thanks to Mayor Isko, he brings it back .. btw im envious on your tour guide, he's feeling cold on his jacket , while you maybe and others are sweating...
